i love knock off brand products. you know, bargain priced goodies (that you most of the time don’t need at all, but that is beside the point) with names that ring a bell.
take this microwave for example. comes to your kitchen for less than a dinner at a german juke-joint. and it does “ping“. there’s only one really odd thing going here. the name.
who the hell brainstormed alaska for a hot-air/microwave oven combination? the mismatch would even be noticed by a chinese six-year old. maybe it’s the former brand manager of cold heat having trouble adjusting to his new cubicle? who knows…? (kp)
